At ÉCLAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
